Novell's NetWare Conferences are administered by NetWare Users International Association, North America.
MeetingWare International, Inc. has provided exclusive registration management services, including on-site management, for these conferences since 1994.  With 55 NUI conferences to date, MeetingWare has handled over 57,000 registrations. MeetingWare will also manage the registration for the upcoming 15 NUI Conferences for 1997. 

Below is a partial list of services with the option to add other features at your request:

• Registrations can be completed by phone, fax, mail, and on the Internet.  You can use our home page to do the registration over the Internet.  Please see Online Registration.
• Data entry of all attendee information including demographics, registration options, or any other information pertinent to the management and success of the conference.
• Registration management including entering individuals in proper classes, accepting payments, and selecting conference options.
• Customized reports listing: registration options, financial status, class sessions enrollments, number of registrations by date processed, city, state and multiple attendee reports.  These reports can be transmitted by fax or by e-mail.
• Confirmations sent to attendees with receipt, class schedule, options, name badge, and any other confirmation materials such as maps and letters.
• Interface directly with registrants regarding registration and the conference itself.
• Database management with ability to search and sort on any information entered into the database.
• Name badges are printed directly from the registration system and can be reprinted On-Site.
• Mailing labels can be provided on any set or subset of attendees for mailings or other use.
• Demographic reports made for the entire conference or subsets of the participants.
• Collect marketing information on how the registration occurred and where they found out about the conference. For example, registering by fax, phone, mail, or on the Internet.
• On-site services with the same capabilities as the home office.  For example, generate reports and print additional or duplicate information for attendees, such as their schedule of events.
• Manage daily deposits of conference funds with end of day reporting.
